Inside Calgary’s ARCHEloft makerspace (formally Endeavor Arts & Event Space), the first wearable-technology fashion lab in Canada, Elle Nguyen and Allison East elevate coffee by marrying the science of espresso with the aesthetic pleasures of visual art. Their pop up café, Latte Art Love, creates dreamy, drinkable designs that spark conversations and creativity, using both classical latte art techniques and Ghirardelli chocolate syrup sketching.
