Darling asked me, “what are you going to have this morning for breakfast?” and I replied back with “a latte, of course!”. He was taken aback with my enthusiastic reply because last Saturday I spent the whole evening making lattes, cappuccinos, and other specialty drinks at our Endeavor Arts Gallery event.
My wrists are sore and my sides are aching (you don’t realize how much twisting a barista has to do), but there’s nothing in the world that I rather being doing than making great coffee art. There’s no way you can turn latte art and coffee preparing into a punishment for me!
Well … unless I have to do latte art with terrible, old coffee beans and spoiled milk …
